Can the massage part be deep tissue?
Yes. The 60 minutes can be Swedish or deep tissue, your choice.
Is the facial the same as lymphatic drainage massage?
No. The facial is 30 minutes on the face and neck. Lymphatic drainage massage is a separate full-body service, from $120 for 60 minutes.
How do I book, and can I cancel?
Book online, which shows the open times for the day you choose, or call (650) 272-6881. Payment is taken when you book, and you can cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours ahead for a full refund.
Where is W Spa, and where do I park?
441 Waverley St in downtown Palo Alto, half a block off University Avenue. There is free street parking in front; check the posted sign for the time limit. Palo Alto Caltrain is about a 10-minute walk.
Can I add hot stone, cupping or a body scrub?
Yes. Hot stone ($20), cupping ($20) and body scrub ($30) each add 5 minutes to the appointment. Add one when you book online, or call (650) 272-6881 to add it to a booking you have already made.
