What if I do not like a scent?
Say so before the session starts. Tell us too if you are pregnant.
Aromatherapy or Swedish?
Both are relaxing full-body massages. Aromatherapy adds essential oils to the massage oil; Swedish uses plain oil and starts at $70 for 45 minutes.
How do I book, and can I cancel?
Book online, which shows the open times for the day you choose, or call (650) 272-6881. Payment is taken when you book, and you can cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours ahead for a full refund.
Where is W Spa, and where do I park?
441 Waverley St in downtown Palo Alto, half a block off University Avenue. There is free street parking in front; check the posted sign for the time limit. Palo Alto Caltrain is about a 10-minute walk.
Can I add hot stone, cupping or a body scrub?
Yes. Hot stone ($20), cupping ($20) and body scrub ($30) each add 5 minutes to the appointment. Add one when you book online, or call (650) 272-6881 to add it to a booking you have already made.
