Is lymphatic drainage the same as the lymphatic facial?
No. Lymphatic drainage massage is a full-body session. The lymphatic facial is a 30 minute face and neck massage that comes in our 90-minute combo, after a 60 minute massage, for $188.
Does lymphatic drainage feel like deep tissue?
No. The pressure is very light and the strokes are slow and rhythmic. If you want firm pressure, book deep tissue instead.
How do I book, and can I cancel?
Book online, which shows the open times for the day you choose, or call (650) 272-6881. Payment is taken when you book, and you can cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours ahead for a full refund.
Where is W Spa, and where do I park?
441 Waverley St in downtown Palo Alto, half a block off University Avenue. There is free street parking in front; check the posted sign for the time limit. Palo Alto Caltrain is about a 10-minute walk.
Can I add hot stone, cupping or a body scrub?
Yes. Hot stone ($20), cupping ($20) and body scrub ($30) each add 5 minutes to the appointment. Add one when you book online, or call (650) 272-6881 to add it to a booking you have already made.
