What is the free hot stone offer?
Book the 90-minute Deep Tissue Massage ($140) and warm basalt stones are included free, a $20 value. The offer is for the 90-minute Deep Tissue only, not other lengths or services. Mention it when you arrive.
Does deep tissue cost more than Swedish?
Yes, at every length the two share. An hour of deep tissue is $90, against $80 for Swedish, and 90 minutes is $140 against $120.
How do I book, and can I cancel?
Book online, which shows the open times for the day you choose, or call (650) 272-6881. Payment is taken when you book, and you can cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours ahead for a full refund.
Where is W Spa, and where do I park?
441 Waverley St in downtown Palo Alto, half a block off University Avenue. There is free street parking in front; check the posted sign for the time limit. Palo Alto Caltrain is about a 10-minute walk.
Can I add hot stone, cupping or a body scrub?
Yes. Hot stone ($20), cupping ($20) and body scrub ($30) each add 5 minutes to the appointment. Add one when you book online, or call (650) 272-6881 to add it to a booking you have already made.
